Ordering Information How long will it take to receive my order? Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours. Most other items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Allow 5-7 days for ground shipment once your order is dispatched. Some items will not be available for immediate shipment, as it may not be in stock or may be on back order. Ordering Information: For all orders, we accept all major credit cards. Please provide your physical address for the shipping address when ordering. We cannot deliver to post office boxes.   International Shipping: The Castle Closet is not responsible in any way for the payment of your country's customs and duty fees. That is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs that we charge. Normally, International customers will receive one shipment per order and there will be no backorders. Items currently in stock will be held awaiting arrival of the backordered item(s). However, if the International customer would like to have items placed on backorder and pay for them to be shipped in two (2) shipments, then we will gladly do so.
