Ordering Information:
For all orders, we accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. Please provide your physical address for the shipping address when  ordering. We cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Shipping Charges:
Additional charges may be incurred for shipping. Although the website calculates shipping when placing an order it is not accurate as it does not know the weight of items. Also, if more than one item is ordered they may be shipped from different points of origin thereby incurring added charges. Should this occur you will be contacted prior to be charged.
International Shipping:
The Castle Closet is not responsible in any way for the payment of your country's customs and duty fees. That is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs that we charge. Normally, International customers will receive one shipment per order and there will be no backorders. Items currently in stock will be held awaiting arrival of the backordered item(s). However, if the International customer would like to have items placed on backorder and pay for them to be shipped in two (2) shipments, then we will gladly do so.
