The petticoat is designed to compliment any of our dresses for the perfect shape. The garment is hand made and consists of three layers. The top layer is made of a smooth satin. The second layer is a layer of tulle. The under layer is a soft cotton lining which prevents the tulles from scratching against your skin. Small/Medium fits waists up to 30". Large/X-Large fits up to 38".
